Infection Prevention Director

What you'll do

• Identify, investigate, monitor, and report healthcare-associated infection trends
• collaborate with facility leadership and clinical teams on infection prevention practices
• ensure compliance with infection control policies and regulations
• develop, implement, and evaluate infection control initiatives
• educate and train staff
• participate in the Quality Assessment and Assurance committee
• conduct surveillance, audits, and assessments
• serve as an infection prevention resource.
