Construction Project Manager — Greater Boston

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite on projects across Greater Boston, MA. Base salary is $115,000–$160,000 per year, plus a bonus depending on the builder and project portfolio. What you'll do

• Own projects from buyout through closeout
• manage budgets, change orders, monthly billing, and cost forecasts
• direct subcontractor buyout and scope review
• maintain a project schedule with the superintendent
• lead owner and design team meetings
• and close projects with a focus on client satisfaction.

Why this role
