Contact Center Agent

Job overview

The Contact Center Agent role is onsite at the credit union headquarters in Moline, IL. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. As a first point of contact, the agent handles inbound calls and member inquiries, supports financial transactions, and works toward first-contact resolution. The role also documents interactions, follows compliance procedures, and identifies products and services that fit members’ financial needs.

What you'll do

• Assist members with account inquiries, loan information, online banking, and other financial needs
• resolve issues with a goal of first-contact resolution
• build relationships and identify relevant products and services
• document member interactions accurately and follow compliance procedures
• participate in meetings, training, and organizational initiatives
• stay current on policies, technology, and remote delivery options.

Why this role

Headquarters office includes an on-site gym; call center hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m., with rotating Saturdays, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
