Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator is a full-time, onsite role in Tooele, UT, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour-per-week schedule. The salary range is $60,000–$75,000 per year. Natsu Healthcare’s compliance work supports patient safety, data privacy, and organizational accountability. The coordinator monitors healthcare practices and regulatory requirements, supports policies and training, and helps identify and resolve compliance risks. Accurate audits, documentation, and follow-up help the organization maintain regulatory alignment and improve its compliance processes.

What you'll do

• Monitor organizational practices for compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• assist with compliance policies and procedures
• conduct audits and risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
• coordinate and deliver staff training
• liaise with regulatory agencies and internal teams during reviews and investigations
• document compliance activities and resolutions
• support investigations and follow-up.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or related regulatory experience. The position is subject to Native American/Alaskan Native preference.
