• Provide customer service while carrying out site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to alarms, access concerns, and workplace disruptions
• conduct routine and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter
• monitor access and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• maintain logs and reports
• report maintenance concerns and damaged equipment.
