Personal Lines Account Manager

The Personal Lines Account Manager role is onsite in Clovis, CA. Pay is $18–$26 per hour. The position supports personal insurance accounts and client service at Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions. The account manager maintains client relationships and handles policy servicing accurately and efficiently, supporting customer satisfaction and account retention. The role also coordinates with carriers and internal colleagues to resolve service issues and identify appropriate opportunities to support account growth.

What you'll do

• Manage personal lines accounts with a focus on service and retention
• respond to inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and coverage requests
• process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
• assist with coverage recommendations
• prepare policy documents, quotes, applications, and renewal materials
• maintain account records
• collaborate with carriers and underwriters
• identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate
• support compliance with procedures and regulations.
