The Lead Front Desk Receptionist — Patient Experience is an in-person role in Rogers, AR, scheduled Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. The role supports The Edge Men’s Health Clinic, part of a network of healthcare practices. The position exists to create a welcoming and efficient front-office experience throughout patient visits. It coordinates communications and appointments, supports check-in and check-out, processes payments, and helps patients understand services, promotions, and products as appropriate.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and create a professional first impression
• provide concierge-style service
• manage phone, text, email, and other inquiries
• coordinate appointments and scheduling changes
• assist with check-in and check-out and process payments accurately
• educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate. Requires at least two years of medical scheduling or front-office experience and two years of computer experience
• bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
