The Leasing Consultant — Luxury High-Rise role is hybrid in Arlington, VA. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, with a one-time $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role supports Pantzer Property Management’s goal of delivering exceptional residential experiences in its communities. The consultant serves prospective and current residents, conducts tours, supports leasing and renewals, and helps promote the community. The role also maintains accurate leasing information and documentation while coordinating with onsite management and maintenance teams and following Fair Housing requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to prospective and current residents
• conduct onsite community tours and lease apartments
• support lease renewals and marketing activities
• prepare leasing documentation in accordance with regulations and policies
• maintain current rent, pricing, vacancy, and availability information
• collect deposits, rent, and other funds
• coordinate with management and maintenance
• follow Fair Housing laws
• inspect tour routes, models, and vacant apartments.

Luxury high-rise community in National Landing; minimum one year of luxury apartment leasing experience at a Class A multifamily property is required. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday work, with one weekend off per month.
