Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in Dublin, OH. 50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the Sheetz, Inc. retail operations team. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy customer service and operational efficiency. The Lead Team Member contributes to company goals by mentoring staff, managing product merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.
