• maintain referral programs and sales records
• organize prospects and new members in the CRM and follow up
• greet members and guests
• process transactions
• respond to member concerns
• maintain cleaning checklists
• participate in training and events
• onboard, train, and supervise studio staff
• act as backup to the Studio Manager when unavailable.
