What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems
• perform plumbing repairs

• provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• maintain grounds and common areas
• use work-order software and diagnostic tools
• communicate repair status to residents and leasing teams
• participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies.
