The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Santa Rosa, CA, with compensation of $27.00–$31.73 per hour. The position supports Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, a 144-bed psychiatric hospital serving adolescents and adults in the Northern California mental health system of care. This role helps keep the hospital’s buildings and systems safe and operational through preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and support for facility compliance. The technician also completes work orders and assists with facility needs such as grounds upkeep, equipment troubleshooting, and safety checks.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair HVAC equipment, building systems, grounds, and basic plumbing and electrical issues
• operate the Building Management System
• complete weekly and monthly inspections and testing
• fulfill assigned work orders and minor facility tasks
• support Environment of Care and life-safety compliance
• set up and troubleshoot staff phones and computers
• maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• follow facility safety, infection-control, and security programs.
