What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency response protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• document incidents and patrols and communicate relevant information to site leadership or emergency responders.
