The role strengthens manufacturing process controls, resolves customer quality issues, manages accreditations, and drives continuous improvement across facilities and suppliers.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent ISO requirements across Atkore facilities
• conduct second-party audits
• support and lead quality assurance and customer-driven improvements
• monitor customer satisfaction and lead complaint resolution and prevention
• support supplier quality programs and conduct supplier quality systems audits as needed
• manage UL, ISO, and nuclear accreditations
• maintain manufacturing process control programs
• support cost reduction and process improvement using quality tools
• write protocols and validate new or improved materials and processes
• manage lab coverage and training for quality technicians
• improve quality assurance capabilities and metrics
• travel up to 25% may be required.
