Production Associate, First Shift

The Production Associate role is onsite in Girard, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports production at Welch Packaging Group. The associate helps build products to specification and meet production and delivery targets while following safety and quality procedures. Daily tasks may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes, as well as maintaining plant housekeeping standards.

• Follow safety procedures and processes
• ensure products meet specifications and accuracy standards
• maintain productivity and on-time delivery
• maintain plant housekeeping
• work with facility team members
• perform assigned box assembly and finishing tasks such as stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping.
