What you'll do

• Manage back-of-house operations
• direct and train staff
• ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented according to procedures and health regulations
• maintain food and non-food inventory through ordering and efficient usage
• monitor productivity and service standards
• oversee facility and equipment maintenance, safety, and sanitation
• conduct staffing, training, and performance reviews
• track payroll, supplies, inventory, food costs, and operating expenses
• attend management meetings.
