What you'll do

• Lead the front desk Guest Service Associate team toward center and individual sales goals and KPIs
• support inventory analysis and center procedures
• supervise, train, coach, and motivate associates
• address guest feedback
• uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• collaborate with the Center Manager and company leadership on initiatives.
