Camp Specialist

The Camp Specialist role is onsite in Nashville, TN, and is part-time, scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $17 per hour. Adventure Science Center’s mission is to ignite curiosity, empower exploration, and cultivate deeper connections to science. The specialist helps prepare and run camp days by coordinating schedules, materials, records, and program spaces, and by supporting counselors, volunteers, campers, and families. The role contributes to safe, inclusive, and engaging camp experiences and supports the center’s educational programming.

What you'll do

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• help build camp schedules and rosters
• assist with records and data entry
• support staff onboarding and training logistics
• prepare program spaces and materials
• assist counselors and provide coverage
• help develop and organize curriculum and activities
• support volunteers and daily camper routines
• follow camp safety procedures.
