Informatica Master Data Management Technical Lead / Architect

The Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Technical Lead / Architect is fully remote for candidates residing in the continental United States; Central U.S., Illinois, or Midwest-based candidates are preferred. Compensation is not specified. The role supports a large-scale MDM initiative for a statewide Health and Human Services environment. The role provides technical leadership and hands-on delivery for enterprise MDM and ETL solutions, helping integrate and maintain reliable master data across source systems. It guides specialists and developers while supporting data quality, production operations, testing, performance, and secure solution design.

What you'll do

• Lead MDM technical solution delivery and design
• provide technical direction to MDM/ETL specialists and developers
• build and support Informatica MDM and PowerCenter mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and transformations
• integrate source-system data and apply approved data changes
• automate staging and schedule scripts
• monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and production issues
• develop SQL and Python scripts
• document workflows and technical specifications
• support QA, validation, defect resolution, and testing
• improve capacity monitoring and performance
• support data quality, matching, standardization, reconciliation, and master data processes.
