What you'll do

• Handle mergers and acquisitions and healthcare-related transactions
• draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary documents
• advise on corporate representation and governance
• support entity formation, capitalization, and operating agreements
• work on commercial and technology-related agreements
• interact directly with clients and collaborate with the national corporate team.
