What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day kitchen and dining operations and staffing
• interview, hire, train, develop, schedule, and performance-manage staff
• maintain culinary budgets and spending documentation
• manage kitchen inventory and vendor relationships
• ensure food is prepared, stored, and served according to company standards and legal requirements
• meet with residents and families about satisfaction
• coordinate front- and back-of-house service
• maintain cleanliness and equipment standards
• participate in meetings and events
• work with community sales and staff to market the community.
