What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts and support daily sales-force and customer operations
• communicate with existing customers and help develop sales strategies
• identify customer needs and coordinate product and shipping fulfillment
• process orders and calls
• monitor sales performance and support quota strategies
• inspect departing orders three times a week
• communicate inventory, sales, and packaging information
• and support external sales representatives with credits, samples, and point-of-sale materials.
