Wicking Machine Technician, Second Shift is an onsite role in Milford, NH, paying $24.00 per hour, Monday through Thursday from 1:15 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Alene Candles manufactures private-label candles for retail, boutique, and cosmetic brands. The technician sets up and maintains wicking machines, monitors downtime, and supports process improvements. The role helps maintain safe, orderly equipment operations and consistent production processes.

What you'll do

• Follow safety and 5S practices
• evaluate shop orders and machine requirements
• set up wicking machines with correct wick, sustainer, length, crimp, tooling, and parts
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain TPM
• track downtime
• report faulty equipment or materials
• develop process-improvement plans for wicking and tabbing operations.
