What you'll do

• Lead multiple construction and capital improvement projects from pre-construction through closeout
• oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, risks, and resources
• maintain project timelines and forecasts
• negotiate and administer vendor, subcontractor, and consultant contracts
• direct competitive bidding
• review drawings and specifications
• conduct site inspections
• lead project meetings
• oversee documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and records
• mentor project managers, maintenance technicians, and field personnel
• report project status and financial updates
• ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
