What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR contact across locations
• address employee concerns and workplace issues
• ensure compliance with employment laws
• maintain employee records and EEO reporting
• monitor labor-law changes
• coordinate payroll and benefits vendors and multi-state tax requirements
• coordinate hiring and onboarding
• develop training
• update policies with state-specific addenda
• and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends.

Why this role
