What you'll do

• Assist with oversight of nursing staff
• support admission evaluation and planning
• complete discharge documentation
• maintain resident care standards
• participate in quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement committees
• provide a safe work environment and report accidents
• attend daily morning meetings
• educate and coach nursing staff
• provide clinical backup to floors as needed
• take weekend on-call according to the assigned rotation if applicable
• complete monthly Medicaid patient chart audits
• develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures as needed.
