Press Operator – C-Shift

The Press Operator – C-Shift role is onsite in Loudon, TN. Compensation is $17 per hour. The operator works at Del Conca USA, a manufacturer of porcelain tiles and outdoor pavers produced at its Loudon facility. The operator runs tile presses and monitors production quality, making adjustments and reporting issues to support consistent output. Safe, accurate operation and production records contribute to efficient manufacturing and product quality.

What you'll do

• Operate tile presses according to procedures and production schedules
• meet production and quality standards
• inspect green tile
• handle green tile as needed
• change and transfer dies and frames
• adjust press settings to address production or quality issues
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• report issues to supervisors
• record production and quality data
• follow OSHA and company safety rules and use required PPE.
