Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Create photo and video content for social media and promotional materials
• maintain property social media profiles and respond to comments
• support leasing and resident retention marketing
• help maintain a content calendar
• assist with campus and community outreach and events
• showcase resident experiences
• support annual unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures
• assist with leasing and office operations as directed.
