What you'll do

• Administer and configure CentralReach and other clinical platforms
• manage users, permissions, templates, workflows, locations, service codes, schedules, and settings
• translate business, clinical, billing, and compliance needs into system configurations
• monitor performance, data integrity, and adoption
• troubleshoot and coordinate vendor support
• maintain documentation and training materials
• support onboarding and user training
• collaborate on integrations, access, security, reporting, and data governance
• recommend platform improvements.
