What you'll do

• Own sales activity and results for a defined portfolio
• develop account plans and pursue strategic opportunities
• build client relationships and grow accounts
• advise clients on RGP’s business model and value proposition
• coach consultants and account team members
• coordinate cross-functional services
• support account planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• monitor delivery performance, project risk, and new opportunities
• contribute to case studies, collateral, and market insights.
