Customer Success Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and grow utility customer relationships
• provide onboarding and training
• help customers interpret grid events and integrate solutions into workflows
• develop tailored training, pilot programs, use cases, and success metrics
• track adoption, retention, satisfaction, and customer health
• partner with sales, product, and field teams
• and relay customer insights to engineering.
