Automation Service Technician

What you'll do

• Install, inspect, repair, upgrade, and service customer equipment
• troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings
• provide telephone and field service support
• train customers and service partners
• support installations, demonstrations, applications, and testing
• resolve warranty issues
• process service work orders
• maintain distributor and contractor relationships
• coach service personnel
• support technical training
• report customer feedback and product-quality issues
• support connected equipment and performance-monitoring technology
• assist with trade shows and demonstrations.
