What you'll do
- Provide Debt Recovery help-line customer service
- process and respond to at least 150 calls and emails per week
- provide requested documentation
- resolve debtor questions
- forward inquiries requiring in-depth processing to Debt Servicing Representatives
- perform ancillary support functions
- prepare weekly and monthly reports for GTR and GTM.
