What you'll do

• Prepare classroom activities and work with groups of children
• assist with early childhood lessons across curriculum areas
• provide individual and group instruction
• record observations and maintain child portfolios
• follow behavior plans
• support children’s IEP/IFSP needs
• maintain attendance and meal records
• communicate with families
• assist with hygiene and personal care
• attend staff training
• and monitor children on buses during field trips or emergency evacuations.
