What you'll do
- Monitor and expedite inbound and outbound shipments
- coordinate with suppliers, freight carriers, and logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delays. Communicate shipment updates to internal teams, maintain shipment and inventory records in ERP systems, identify and escalate potential material shortages, coordinate priorities with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and production teams, ensure shipping documentation is complete, and support logistics process improvements.
