What you'll do

• Lead the estimation and proposal team
• prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects
• monitor compliance with codes, quality policies, standards, and specifications
• communicate with clients
• oversee project quality, budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel
• mentor the project team
• and review engineering deliverables.
