What you'll do

• Communicate with regions to ensure invoices are processed and submitted on time
• track invoices in an in-house SharePoint spreadsheet
• submit invoice payments through agency payment systems
• verify circuit charges are legitimate
• monitor regional circuit-cost budgets
• record warrant details, Fugitive Identification Numbers, and invoices in Capture
• track requests in an Excel-based circuit-cost tracker
• facilitate telecommunications vendor payments without directly attributing services to the agency.
