The Caregiver, Concord Place role is in person at Concord Place Retirement Community in Northlake, IL, with compensation of $18–$21 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The caregiver supports residents with daily living and personal care.

What you'll do

• Observe client functioning and report changes
• assist with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, dressing, transfers, and medication reminders
• provide companionship and socialization
• plan and prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and personal errands as requested
• follow infection control practices
• communicate with supervisors and the interdisciplinary team
• document care and observations
• maintain confidentiality and attend required in-service programs.
