What you'll do

• Manage new and existing customer projects and attend APQP meetings
• use the material resource planning system to forecast demand and contribute to SIOP meetings
• maintain post-sale communication and resolve issues
• communicate product updates to customers
• maintain CRM records
• generate quotes and proposals
• qualify leads and conduct outbound prospecting
• answer sales calls and provide technical support
• support outside sales
• analyze account data
• monitor blanket orders
• train new employees
• travel to key accounts as needed, up to 5%.
