What you'll do

• Assist with intakes and client orientation
• conduct rounds, searches, and safety checks
• support attendance at groups and therapy
• lead activities and independent-living skills practice
• administer screenings and assist with medication self-administration as needed
• monitor program rules
• transport clients to offsite activities
• provide crisis intervention
• complete shift and incident documentation
• maintain a clean, safe facility.
