What you'll do

• Lead and perform daily accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations
• prepare periodic financial reports and support budgeting and cash-flow forecasting
• manage construction job costing, WIP schedules, AIA billing, project budgets, and labor allocations
• coordinate payroll and related reporting
• improve financial controls and workflows
• evaluate and implement AI tools, train accounting staff, and safeguard confidential information
• supervise accounting personnel.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; at least five years of construction-industry accounting or financial management experience; and hands-on construction accounting, payroll, and AI-tool experience. CPA or advanced accounting certifications are preferred but not required.
