The Banquet Server role is onsite at The Dunlin in Johns Island, SC. Pay is $45–$55 per hour inclusive of gratuity. The Dunlin is a boutique luxury resort in the Kiawah River community and part of Auberge Collection. The server prepares banquet spaces and equipment, welcomes guests, answers questions about event menus, and responds to guest needs during events. The role supports smooth event service by coordinating with banquet leadership and communicating dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.

What you'll do

• Review event assignments and banquet event orders with banquet leadership
• collect and check event equipment
• set tables according to event requirements and service standards
• assist with moving and breaking down banquet equipment
• answer menu questions
• welcome and assist guests
• communicate dietary needs and allergy information to the kitchen
• respond to guest concerns and requests.
