What you'll do

• Review project files, quotations, specifications, and preliminary drawings
• assign work to team members
• develop drawings for customer review and approval
• review prints before customer submission and shop release
• guide and train the engineering team
• help set department goals and procedures
• assist with employee reviews, sales quotes, and sales drawings
• respond to customer equipment problems and develop solutions.
