Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role provides onsite care in Middleburg, PA, and surrounding communities, with assignments matched to client needs and caregiver availability. Pay is $11–$13 per hour. EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical home care to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The aide supports clients according to individualized care plans, helping with personal care, mobility, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders as applicable. EmmUcare provides training and support; prior home care experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s individualized care plan, assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and incontinence support
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with errands and approved transportation
• and provide medication reminders. Complete required onboarding and training.
