Line Cook/Prep Cook

Position Summary: Line Cook is responsible for ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation. Must be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail. They are responsible for each station’s workflow and getting meals out on time. They oversee the cooking process from start to finish and determine how much time each step requires.
