What you'll do

• Set up and stock the assigned station
• prepare food according to recipe cards and company standards
• cook and plate food to quality, presentation, and timing standards
• coordinate with food runners and the expeditor
• rotate and restock supplies
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• complete station closing duties.
