Sales Account Manager

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and support
• respond to requests for price, availability, and lead time through email, phone, ILS, Aeroxchange, and PartsBase
• develop customer relationships
• maintain Quantum Control ERP integrity
• document customer needs and communicate order status and part availability
• gather airline fleet information
• broker parts as needed
• present and sell products and services
• identify prospects
• manage sales orders through fulfillment
• meet customer expectations
• assist accounting with outstanding invoice collection.
