The team leader assists production leads, supervisors, and managers with daily operations so products and services are delivered on time. The role supports team development, resolves production and inventory issues, and contributes to continuous improvement and reliable production flow.

What you'll do

• Assist with leading employees and training production team members
• work with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges
• manage MRO inventory and requisition supplies and tools
• improve standard work processes
• coordinate parts demand and delivery
• manage nonconformance reports and corrective actions
• investigate inventory discrepancies and shortages
• assist material handlers and continuous improvement projects.
