The Cook role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $17–$24.50 per hour. The cook supports kitchen operations at Houlihan’s Restaurant and Bar, preparing menu items and helping maintain food quality, cost, and kitchen cleanliness. The role prepares orders to guest requests and company standards while following recipes, portioning, food safety, and sanitation procedures. It also supports kitchen and front-of-house coworkers to help maintain guest satisfaction and an effective work environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to guest requests, recipes, and company standards
• maintain and clean kitchen equipment and preparation and storage areas
• stock stations and rotate products
• follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO practices
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• communicate product, service, equipment, and safety issues
• assist with dishwashing and front-of-house cleanliness as needed.
