Process Maintenance Supervisor — Gold Processing

The supervisor leads maintenance personnel and coordinates planned and corrective work to support safe, reliable plant performance, equipment availability, and reduced unplanned downtime. The role works with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Reliability, and other site departments.

What you'll do

• Direct mechanical and/or electrical maintenance personnel
• coordinate planned, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• prioritize work by safety, production needs, equipment condition, and operational priorities
• monitor critical equipment
• coordinate safe isolation and lockout/tagout
• review work orders, schedules, equipment history, and backlog
• coordinate contractors
• lead safety communications
• investigate failures and participate in root-cause analysis
• monitor maintenance performance and records
• support shutdowns and outages
• coach personnel
• and ensure tools, parts, materials, and resources are available.
